Junction Fair's Enviro Bag Comp - Vote Now!

For your chance to win a $500 Shopping Spree at Junction Fair*, just vote for your favourite Enviro Bag Design!

Check out the finalist artworks on display in-centre (opposite Coles) and drop your completed entry form into the barrel. The design with the most votes will feature on Junction Fair's Enviro Bags.

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons residing in NSW except employees of AMP Capital Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate family, the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion and their immediate family. Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.

2. To enter customers need to complete the voting entry form, vote for their favourite finalist artwork and drop the completed voting entry form into the barrel in-centre.

3. To vote, customers must cross or tick the box on the entry form that corresponds to their favour design. Boxes are numbered 1 – 15

4. Customers are only able to enter the competition once.

5. The prize is a $500 Shopping Spree at Junction Fair. The total prize is valued at $500. The prize is supplied by Junction Fair in the form of shopping vouchers from Junction Fair retailers to the value of $500. The prize value may change or vary. The promoter agrees to provide the prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.

6. The competition commences on Monday 21 July and entries close on 7 August 2008.

7. The prize draw will take place at Junction Fair Centre Management on Friday 8 August 2008.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes. The prize must be collected within 30 days of being notified. The competition winner must pick up their prize from Centre Management Junction Fair, 200 Union St, The Junction, NSW 2291. In the event of a winner not claiming their prize within the specified time, the prize will be

10. The winner will be notified via the phone number that was used to enter the competition on Friday 8 August 2008.

11. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes.

12. Entrants consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information that it holds.

13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
